REQUIRED 7+ years Cerner SurgiNet production support ROLE SUMMARY The offshore Surgical Analyst is a single seat covering SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours.

The role pairs with the offshore Lab Analyst on shared overnight coverage windows.

OR-related events have revenue impact and may carry clinical-safety severity.

• Provide Cerner SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours.
• Troubleshoot OR workflow and case management issues.
• Support anesthesia documentation issues.
• Support OR scheduling and resource template troubleshooting.
• Support PACU workflow.
• Inspect HL7 v2.x ORM and SIU messages for OR diagnosis.
• Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Cerner SurgiNet Support (required) Cerner SurgiNet production support across pre-op, intra-op, post-op, and PACU. OR Workflow (required) Anesthesia Documentation (required) Anesthesia documentation issue support. AIMS workflow triage. OR Scheduling Support (required) OR scheduling support.
