Bedrock is the Support and Operations team responsible for production health, system improvements, delivery automation, engineering escalations, and cross-product regression.

Role Overview
Serve as the permanent operating lead for Bedrock in a hands-on, player-coach engineering leadership role.
Own day-to-day platform health and establish operating standards across the Giatec 360 product portfolio.
Build AI systems that assist with support, automate recurring remediation, and help resolve bugs.
AI Support and Engineering
- Design, deploy, and supervise AI agents for issue triage, fixes, and recurring production remediation.
- Use AI agents to investigate and resolve bugs from reproduction through verification.
- Own Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineering escalations and complex cross-product incidents.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health and maintain dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.
