Role Overview
The Lead Specialist is a senior practitioner and solution leader responsible for end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.
The role connects business strategy, process transformation, and AI engineering while aligning solutions with architecture, governance, risk, compliance, and ROI objectives.
Business Analysis and Design
- Lead requirements gathering, process discovery, stakeholder workshops, and business process analysis for automation opportunities.
- Design multi-agent systems, intelligent workflows, orchestration patterns, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Create process design documents, solution design documents, user journeys, process flows, system interaction diagrams, and integration specifications.
Delivery and Leadership
- Lead functional design and implementation with developers, AI engineers, and automation specialists.
- Manage stakeholder communication, delivery risks, dependencies, change management, operational readiness, and reusable automation assets.
- Mentor team members, contribute to AgentOps strategy, and evaluate emerging AI, agentic, and automation technologies.
Responsible AI and Impact
- Apply controls for hallucination, prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, compliance, privacy, and other AI risks.
- Support auditability, explainability, transparency, regulatory compliance, and partnership with security, legal, privacy, and risk teams.
- Track productivity, cost, time savings, adoption, employee experience, customer outcomes, ROI, quality, and compliance measures.
Technology Ecosystem
- Agentic AI technologies include Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, enterprise AI platforms, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Automation technologies include UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Agent Builder, UiPath Document Understanding, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integration and enterprise technologies include REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, BigQuery, OCR, and intelligent document processing.
- Engineering technologies include Python, JavaScript, SQL, Git, version control, Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, automation, AI, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional automation and AI initiatives and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of agentic AI, intelligent process automation, enterprise integration, human-in-the-loop design, AI governance, and enterprise architecture.
Leadership Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, executive influence, decision-making, collaboration, and continuous learning skills.
- A master's degree is preferred but not required.
