About the Role
DeepL is building a new Sales team in Dubai and seeks a Lead Solutions Consultant to be the senior technical voice for the Middle East. The role involves engaging with enterprise customers, leading technical discovery, designing POCs, and shaping the regional SC practice.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping DeepL's Language AI and Voice platform to customer business goals and integration needs
- Lead technical discovery and deliver highly tailored demos, presentations, and prototypes
- Design, scope, and execute POCs and proof of value engagements across DeepL's full Language AI platform
- Partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles, providing expert guidance on APIs, SSO, real time streaming, and enterprise security
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Build and maintain a library of enablement resources including demo environments, best practice guides, and technical collateral
Requirements
- 7 10+ years of client facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre Sales ideally within language technology, enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, or AI environment
- Proven track record of designing customer solutions, building technical credibility, and impacting deal closure
- Strong technical foundation comfortable with REST APIs, authentication and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD), and common SaaS integration patterns
- Workflow transformation mindset with ability to map complex enterprise workflows
- Strong enterprise instincts with experience navigating programme managers, IT architects, and C level buyers
- Security and compliance fluency comfortable discussing data residency, security posture, and governance frameworks
- Fluency in English; Arabic fluency highly preferred
- Additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese) nice to have

What you bring

- Strong enterprise instincts you have navigated programme managers, IT architects, and C level buyers in the same deal.
- Security and compliance fluency comfortable discussing data residency, security posture, and governance frameworks with IT and legal audiences.
- Fluency in English, Arabic fluency highly preferred; additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese) nice to have.
