- WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Supporting & Drive complex opportunities as Fusion Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by some domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Leverage Health/ LS knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
- Ensure customers key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle Saas ERPM/SCM/HCM/CX to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.
- Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through an active contribution to the SE community.
- Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value.
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers desired outcome.
- Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.

- EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare/Life Sciences Backoffice transformation projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as pre-sales or similar role.
- An advanced knowledge with Oracle Saas ERPM / HCM/ SCM / CX
- In-depth hands-on experience with Oracle Saas ERPM Finance and/or Oracle Saas SCM and/or Oracle Saas HCM.
- Experience with AI & Fusion AI – hands-on.
- Experience in designing Enterprise Architectures based on Fusion Applications.
- Experience on how to integrate Fusion Applications with Health EHR and/or LS solutions.
- Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation , experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
- Travel can occur if needed in Europe / Middle East
