Position Summary
Candescent is seeking a Lead Product Manager to create exceptional customer experiences through product strategy, vision, and roadmaps.
The role aligns agile teams, manages dependencies, and guides Product Owners toward business and customer outcomes.
The product mission is to provide high-quality, well-structured data that enables effective AI workflows, automation, predictive insights, and smarter customer experiences.
The product vision focuses on Agentic AI and emerging technologies that augment workforces, personalize experiences, and improve decision-making.
Product Strategy and Planning
- Drive product profitability and performance across the product portfolio, including roadmap alignment, objectives, and investments.
- Use market research, customer needs, and business priorities to define product vision, target customers, markets, channels, and value proposition.
- Align stakeholders on roadmaps, investment areas, outcome measures, and prioritized resources.
- Conduct PI planning with Product and Team resources.
- Identify product gaps, new solutions, and enhancement opportunities and build investment cases.
