Team Context

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-based AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on analytics features.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Develop APIs and microservices for internal and external consumers.
• Implement security measures and support data privacy compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, reliability, latency, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
• Automate deployments and release processes through DevOps collaboration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop analytics solutions with Bain consultants and clients.
• Educate and support clients’ analytics application engineering capabilities.

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 6 years of experience, including 3 or more years at Senior or Staff level, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, or CSS.
