Lead Software Engineer (Python Developer)

4–8 years of experience in Python development.

Strong experience with Python frameworks and libraries

Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.

Strong knowledge of automation, scripting, and data processing.

Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of software design principles and coding best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.

Exposure to ETL/data engineering solutions.

Experience working with cloud-native applications.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization technologies.

Familiarity with regulatory, risk, compliance, or financial services domains.
