Lead Software Engineer (Python/AI)

7-10 years of hands-on, dynamic experience in software develop, architecture, development, testing, and productization of enterprise-grade solutions

Strong Python/Coding Proficiency and additional experience with other languages (e.g., Java, SQL, Bash) is a strong advantage.

Meaningful experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models or intelligent automation solutions

Proven track record of building production-grade automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and developer tooling at scale

Proven ability to quickly learn, contextualise, and deliver within new and multifaceted problem domains

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to independently drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with minimal direction while mentoring others

Education Required: At least Masters’ Degree or double degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science and our industry; or equivalent work experience.

​Experience with regulatory reporting platforms, risk data aggregation, data lineage, or direct experience with the AxiomSL/Nasdaq product suite
