The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for will leverage their experience to plan and conduct all levels of verification against our software products within an agile team of designers and developers. The candidate will use the test tools provided and agile processes to assist developers, ensure that the products work as expected and manage the tools, frameworks and verification environments. The team member will be located in Bengaluru and will closely collaborate with the teams in Toronto, Canada.

This position reports to the engineering manager and is part of the Software Verification located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.

Responsible for definition of Software test Strategy, test plan, test Infrastructure, Planning, estimation and Execution of Automation and Manual test cases and Investigation of identified issues (root cause analysis, reproducibility steps etc.).
