The Lead Software Engineer is a key technical expert who solves challenging problems and influences strategic direction. They provide hands-on technical leadership in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, building and delivering solutions, and promoting good engineering practices across the team.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Customer Sustaining Team of Engineering Department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.

Develop high-quality software solutions to address customer escalations and support incidents. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve defects, delivering enhancements that improve user experiences.
