Lead software engineering work within JPMorganChase Corporate Technology.
Design, develop, and deliver innovative, secure, production-grade software solutions.
The role includes mentoring engineers, architecture ownership, and responsible AI-assisted engineering adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, development, delivery, and complex problem solving.
- Build secure production-grade code and review and mentor other engineers.
- Drive scalable, resilient architectures and zero-downtime deployments.
- Automate operational processes and improve platform stability and efficiency.
- Develop data-intensive and statistical solutions using Java or Scala.
- Build AI-enabled applications, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Lead secure, governed adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools.
- Work across AWS, Databricks, and Kubernetes ecosystems.
- Apply unit testing, integration testing, and continuous validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-standard solutions.
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with formal training or equivalent practical expertise.
