We are currently looking for Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to join our Allocation Based Registration product team. Looking for someone innovative, intellectually curious, that has a solution-oriented attitude and enjoys learning new tools and technologies and that enjoys working in an agile environment, having technical expertise in full-stack application development using Node.JS and React and hands-on experience with the full software development cycle, from design to deployment.

What You Will Bring
8-12 years of experience developing enterprise software using Node.JS, React, TypeScript, and AWS in a product-based organization.
Strong proficiency in AI-assisted software development, including:
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (or equivalent AI coding assistants) for code generation, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
Ability to create and maintain repository-level AI instruction files (e.g., copilot-instructions.md) to enforce coding standards and development practices.
Strong prompt engineering skills for development, testing, and documentation workflows.
Sound judgment to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code before production use.
Understanding of AI governance, including traceability, responsible AI usage, and cost optimization.
Desirable: Experience with AI-assisted test generation (e.g., Playwright MCP) and agentic AI workflows/MCP server integrations.
Strong experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, GitOps, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, Lambda, DocumentDB, and related cloud-native technologies.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar provisioning tools.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
Experience designing and building highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems.
Experience working in Agile development environments with a strong focus on quality and continuous delivery.
Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers while fostering technical excellence across the team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Desirable: Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
Desirable: Experience with Selenium WebDriver, CodeUI, JUnit, JMeter, or similar testing tools.
Desirable: Experience with Java.
Desirable: Scrum Master certification or experience facilitating Agile teams.
