About the Role
The Lead Software Engineer (Front-End) works across diverse projects, technology stacks, and platforms in a technology-agnostic consulting environment.
The Digital team develops end-to-end solutions from technology selection through building and operating phases.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build high-quality code for greenfield and existing applications using established patterns and architectural techniques.
- Implement customer-focused solutions using CI/CD, test integration, and other development best practices.
- Lead agile practices, knowledge sharing, and engineering quality through unit testing.
- Design production-manageable systems and help clients operate reliable applications.
- Champion AI-assisted development tools and implement team-wide agentic coding workflows.
- Establish shared context, prompt libraries, reusable agentic patterns, and team standards.
- Mentor engineers on effective AI-human collaboration in software development.
