Description
Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for its software engineering team.
The role focuses on Agile delivery, cloud-native application design, team mentorship, and high-quality enterprise software solutions.
Leadership and Agile
- Lead and mentor engineers building enterprise applications with React, MVC, and .NET Core or .NET Framework.
- Promote collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and Agile principles.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work with product, UX/UI, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Develop processes and a future-state operating model for sustained Agile delivery.
Architecture and Delivery
- Oversee architecture and design for scalability, security, and performance.
- Use Azure services, PaaS concepts, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud-native development.
- Develop and maintain third-party API integrations.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Migrate, upgrade, retire, or replace applications to improve security, support, and operating costs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain architectural and API documentation.
