Lead a talented team building advanced AI-driven software solutions.
Architect, design, and deliver secure, high-quality production software systems.
Collaborate with product and business teams on technical vision and strategic AI-driven roadmaps.
Promote enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and consistent validation standards.
Job responsibilities
- Execute software solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Lead software engineers and applied AI/ML practitioners while driving accountability and engagement.
- Translate business requirements into software and AI/ML specifications and ensure timely Agile delivery.
- Use Java or Python with LLMs, Generative AI, and coding assistants to develop production systems.
- Automate recurring issue remediation and improve system reliability.
- Design experiments, implement algorithms, validate results, and productionize scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Establish standards for secure coding, peer review, automated testing, and reuse of effective patterns.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools and enterprise-authorized AI-assisted automation capabilities.
