Lead Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Cloud Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting critical GTM business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, DevOps, and AI-driven business solutions.

The role will be responsible for designing scalable Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions, leading development efforts, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence across strategic Salesforce initiatives.

• Lead the development, and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
• Drive DevOps best practices and release automation using Gearset CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and Agentic AI technologies to enhance Salesforce business processes.

• 6-8 years of overall IT experience with 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
