The primary purpose of the Lead Services Coordinator position is to provide operations and clinical support to the center by coordinating all tasks associated with patient services.
This includes patient scheduling, template maintenance, and other responsibilities needed to support efficient clinic flow.
The role collaborates with the supervisor and/or manager to oversee Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) schedules and serves as the primary lead for PSC onboarding, training, and mentoring.
The position requires flexibility and the ability to function in multiple patient support capacities across various centers, as directed by center and ambulatory business services leadership.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience training or coaching other staff, and experience with scheduling template management.
scheduling patient appointments in Epic is also preferred.
Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts may be between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.
Depending on the Center, some positions may require you to work fully on-site.
This hybrid role requires flexibility with onsite attendance, as onsite needs may vary based on business and training demands.
Hourly Breakdown of salary range: Minimum $21.87 - Midpoint $27.40 - Maximum $32.93
