Lead ServiceNow Developer

Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules

Design and customise Service Portals to maximise platform capabilities

Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins

Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes

Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and code

Uphold quality assurance through best practices and security protocols

Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance

Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies

Stay current with ServiceNow advancements and recommend platform improvements

A seasoned ServiceNow professional with at least 7 years of development and administration experience

Proficient in Service Portal, client/server-side scripting (JavaScript), and integrations

Experienced in agile methodologies and software development lifecycle

Skilled in managing SCDL workflows and leading development teams

An effective communicator with strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal
