Leading the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
Designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business processes.
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participating and leading Agile/Scrum development processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Performing advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Creating and managing comprehensive documentation for all development activities.
What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
8-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog , etc.).
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).
Proven track record of implementing ITSM processes and solutions.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
