Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex analytical instruments.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on XRF, OES, and Process analyzers across India.
• Provide field troubleshooting at customer sites and remote support to clients.
• Deliver demonstrations and train customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Prepare detailed service reports after service visits.
• Provide high-quality customer service and respond to customer needs at short notice.
• Travel as directed to support customers and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
