The Lead Server position is a part-time seasonal position that is primarily mobile in nature. A lead server is responsible for participating in event setup, food & beverage service, event cleanliness, and event breakdown, as well as overseeing the Onsite Servers? performance in these tasks. Events may occur in both indoor and outdoor venues at various times.

Upper Management, Event Manager, Event Chef, Staffing Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Performs all duties of Onsite Servers, in addition to the following oversight duties, as directed by the Event Chef or Event Manager, or autonomously in their absence:
- ?
- Greets onsite clients on arrival and establishes confidence and goodwill
- Ensures guest tables are set with accuracy, precision, and according to company standards of excellence
- Ensures Onsite Servers work with efficiency, so as to complete setup on schedule
- May act as Expeditor for plated dinners
- May act as Target for plated dinners
- Oversees Onsite Servers as they tray pass to guests, ensuring the staff have friendly attitudes and are knowledgeable about the contents of their trays; audits food temperatures and the aesthetic look of their trays.
- Oversees Onsite Servers as they buss guest areas, ensuring cleanliness of all guest areas to the level of company expectation.
