Position Summary
The Lead/Senior SQA Analyst will support testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
The role owns test strategy, execution, automation, quality risk management, and validation of documentation tools.
Quality Leadership
- Own release quality through test planning, execution, risk assessment, and release readiness criteria.
- Define quality standards and risk-based testing approaches across multiple product areas.
- Mentor colleagues and influence product, engineering, and quality decisions.
Test Strategy and Coverage
- Analyze requirements and user stories to identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks.
- Test web, Windows desktop, mobile, APIs, databases, and XML content using manual and automated methods.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, accessibility, performance, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
