Drive technical delivery while aligning work with the Onstate Strategy.
Define, refine, and communicate development processes and best practices across the agency.
Champion new technologies and standards and educate the team on effective approaches.
Manage team sprint burndowns, communicate budget impacts, and refine project scope with project managers.
