Role Overview
Lead Salesforce Test Engineer responsible for functional testing and automation across Salesforce Lead-to-Cash processes, including CPQ, CLM, and Billing.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end QA for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Design test strategies for Lead-to-Cash processes covering leads, opportunities, quotes, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Manage testing across Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing, including contract generation, approvals, e-signatures, renewals, and amendments.
- Build automation frameworks with Provar or Selenium and develop automated scripts using Java or C#.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into DevOps workflows.
- Manage distributed QA teams and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, legal, and operations teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and report quality metrics and test coverage across releases.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of Salesforce functional and automation testing experience, including 1–2 years managing and mentoring team members.
