Lead Resource Planner

You’re a confident people leader with strong workforce planning expertise, particularly within project‑based or technology environments . You’re comfortable operating as a subject matter expert, influencing stakeholders and driving consistency while remaining hands‑on when required.

You’ll bring:

Demonstrated experience applying capacity and workforce planning principles across complex operating models

Proven people leadership capability, including coaching, delegation and performance management

Experience balancing hands‑on delivery with leadership and stakeholder engagement

Strong exposure to workforce management and planning systems

Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools to interpret and validate planning outputs

Experience leading the production of reporting and analysis through a team

A data‑driven mindset, using insights to support planning decisions and uplift team capability

No prior superannuation experience is required — specialist planning expertise is what matters most.
