- We are working on behalf of a well-established organisation to recruit a Leader who specialises in Recruitment and Workforce Planning.
- This is a key role within the HR function, supporting strategic workforce planning and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the business.
- Our client is seeking a commercially minded HR professional with strong recruitment expertise and a data-driven approach to workforce planning.
- This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to long-term organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Have responsibility for a team across recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles and functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future resourcing needs
- Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with business strategy
- Analyse workforce data, trends, and metrics to support planning and decision-making
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns and manage relationships with external agencies
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and best practice
- Support employer branding, talent attraction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to wider HR and workforce planning projects as required
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, and workforce planning roles, coupled with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
They will possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret workforce data, and be experienced in managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
The candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation and be well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in their approach.
Desirable experience includes a background in technical, scientific, or regulated environments, proficiency in HR systems and applicant tracking systems, and relevant HR, recruitment, or workforce planning qualifications.
