As a Lead R&D Engineer/Scientist at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to lead critical projects.
In this position you would develop innovative next generation's products and systems as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team.
You will be a technical focal point across Honeywell Aerospace engineering teams creating solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As a technical expert, you will leverage advanced tools and techniques to deliver high impact business results while acting as a senior technical leader and coaching other engineers.
By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence product and methodology developments.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of R&D activities.
You will report directly to our Sr R&D Manager in the Advanced Technology Propulsion Technology Development team and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge technologies, shape the future of the company, and contribute to Honeywell's commitment to addressing global challenges through innovative Propulsion Engine Technology and solutions in support of the Honeywell Engines Technology Plan.
