Lead Quality Advisor

Reporting to the Manager Governance, you will provide expert advice, leadership and support across a dedicated quality portfolio while contributing to organisation-wide continuous improvement and governance initiatives.

As a Lead Quality Advisor, you will take ownership of one of the Continuous Quality Improvement and Incident Management portfolio.

You will lead organisation-wide quality improvement and incident management initiatives to strengthen service quality, safety and performance across LCHS. The role works collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement evidence-based quality initiatives, and ensure improvements arising from audits, reviews and investigations are embedded into practice.
