Role Overview
Cube Realty is hiring a Lead Qualifier to join its real estate team.
The role qualifies potential clients from international roadshows, property exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns, then connects high-potential prospects with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads generated through roadshows, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
- Contact prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand property requirements, budgets, investment goals, and timelines.
- Identify serious buyers and investors and conduct consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate qualified leads and appointments with the sales team.
- Support roadshows and real estate events.
- Track lead status and provide conversion and qualification reports.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficient English with excellent verbal and written communication is required.
- Candidates should be confident calling and speaking with potential investors.
- Candidates should be organized, consistent with follow-ups, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
