Join the development organization for Nasdaq’s Enterprise Solutions team (Finance Tech). The main objective for the development team in Bangalore is to build state of the art corporate software for all of Nasdaq’s employees. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for delivery of enhancements and supporting rearchitected enterprise products to new software paradigms.
Build and coach new Scrum teams and team members within the Nasdaq Corporate Finance Systems team.
Establish and enforce standards and best practices in development pipeline management, including stand-up meetings, retrospectives, backlog refinement, agile ways of working, and management-level status updates.
Participate in design reviews, functional specification reviews, develop project estimates, schedules, test plans, and code reviews.

Proactively identify, communicate, and guide problems and issues to resolution.
Develop project budget and timeline estimates and manage them to completion.

At least 10-12 years of Agile Scrum Master & project management experience and deep expertise in JIRA.

Expertise overseeing and managing ERP Finance (such as Workday Financial module implementations and integrations) and/or EPM systems (such as Anaplan, OneStream) and related integrations.
Experience working in multinational, multi-geographic companies and organizations.
Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in computer science or other engineering fields or equivalent degrees in Finance.
Experience building up Agile Scrum teams from the ground up.
Agile Scrum Master certification.
Managing ERP Finance (preferably Workday’s Finance modules) projects and/or
EPM/FP&A applications (such as Anaplan, OneStream) projects
Proficiency in executive-level presentation skills.
