Role Overview
Lead delivery of a Planning Intelligence Platform engagement for an international building products manufacturer.
Manage large and complex client engagements containing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Provide governance and stability across programme workstreams while driving client and stakeholder outcomes.
Programme and Project Delivery
- Own a key client account and establish governance with partners and clients.
- Manage overlapping workstreams to meet shared deadlines.
- Steer projects from discovery through delivery while monitoring scope, progress, obligations, and sign-off criteria.
- Schedule and facilitate meaningful meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Governance and Commercial Management
- Evaluate technology and vendor options against client criteria and document decisions when applicable.
- Manage milestones, tasks, dependencies, project effort, forecasts, utilization, and billability.
- Track scope, contractual obligations, budgets, delivery performance, and agile metrics.
- Manage commercial changes with Sales and communicate invoice-impacting changes to Finance.
