Role Overview
Lead planning, delivery, and operational transition for complex, large-scale projects.
Manage high-value projects involving multiple interfaces, disciplines, and stakeholders.
Support project delivery from business case development through ORAT and ongoing operations.
Project Delivery
- Lead projects from concept and business case development through operational handover and continuous operations.
- Ensure delivery is safe, on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor milestones and implement corrective actions where required.
Governance and Stakeholders
- Provide strategic direction and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders across diverse project interfaces.
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and senior leadership.
- Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including contingency and recovery planning.
