PSI CRO is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee small and medium-sized projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards on time and on budget.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Manage small and medium-sized projects under general supervision, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards on time and on budget
- Perform the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs
- Adhere to and promote principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers
- Lead project teams
Corporate/Departmental Assignments
- Train, mentor, and coach study team members
- Participate in feasibility research
- Assist in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings
- Implement company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research
- At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience
- Experience in Oncology is preferred
- Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
