The Lead Project Controller will join the Minerals and Metals business in Vancouver.

The role provides hands-on project controls leadership across scheduling, budgets, scope control, expense tracking, and project performance.

Lead implementation and management of project controls systems, processes, and reporting requirements across assigned projects.
Establish and maintain project control budgets using standard systems, work breakdown structures, and control accounts.
Provide leadership and guidance on cost control, forecasting, scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, and change management.
Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, forecasts, and schedule performance.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
