Role Summary
Global Markets Technology is seeking a functional expert for a large, multi-year transformation project.
The role is a global position focused on modernizing legacy trading applications and supporting a Securities Finance Enhanced Custody platform.
The role is part of an Agile team and reports to a delivery lead.
Core Responsibilities
- Understand legacy books of record and trading applications and guide modernization into current technologies.
- Understand business functional enhancements and drive an Agile team building microservices-based applications.
- Define business and system requirements through user meetings, user interviews, and use cases.
- Work with SQL queries to research and resolve issues.
- Document detailed specifications and prepare project documentation.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improved solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver required functionality.
- Work with the onsite product owner and business users on analysis and delivery.
- Lead India Agile team clarifications, demos, and domain guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Deep domain knowledge in capital markets, securities finance, foreign exchange, equity swaps, and regulatory reporting.
