About the Role
RBC seeks a Lead Product Manager to own specific product capabilities within RBC Assist, focusing on AI and data platform products.
The role involves defining and delivering products that solve high-impact business problems, driving strategic product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience in product management, AI/ML-powered features, and agile development practices is required, along with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define ‘what’ and ‘why’ the platform should be built, and what business and user problems they will solve.
- Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform product strategy and planning.
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning, translating strategic priorities into executable feature requirements.
- Define success metrics and track progress against team OKRs.
- Drive growth and consumption of the platform through the product to achieve overall product KPIs.
- Increase adoption and retention of the platform by understanding product consumption and customer needs.
- Drive GTM (go to market) excitement and awareness of our platform capabilities across all enterprise teams at RBC.
