Job Summary
PeopleFun is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive audience growth, monetization, retention, and engagement across its game portfolio.
The role works with production, design, engineering, and analytics teams to lead a cross-functional product pod and improve game performance.
The position focuses on using player insights and data to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, make decisions, and prioritize impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead product management and cross-functional pod execution on Wordscapes.
- Drive game growth with a focus on improving new-user retention.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap and key game KPIs.
- Define, design, and manage features that improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Design and balance game economies to support compelling player experiences.
- Analyze player and game performance data and translate insights into product decisions.
- Develop hypotheses, success metrics, and test-based iterations for initiatives.
- Analyze competing games and provide competitive insights.
- Use liveops tools, A/B testing, local notifications, and push notifications to optimize player experience and business outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a game product management role is required.
- Proven experience increasing user retention is required.
- Experience with free-to-play and other mobile game business and monetization models is required.
- The role requires proactive, self-directed, data-driven product work and strong prioritization, decision-making, critical-thinking, detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to the Dallas office three to four times per year is required.
Work Environment
- The company operates on a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration Monday through Thursday and a flexible work-from-home day on Fridays.
- The role includes travel to the Dallas office three to four times per year.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range is CAD $140,000 to $165,000.
