What You Will Be Working On

  • Lead upstream discovery for high impact healthcare financing initiatives, translating policy intent into product solutions.
  • Define the 'What' and 'Why' behind future healthcare financing systems—subsidies, claims, means tests, financial governance.
  • Own and communicate a clear product vision and multi year roadmap for data centric healthcare financing products.
  • Establish and track product OKRs to drive adoption and measurable impact.
  • Act as the single accountable owner for product outcomes across multiple agencies and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through problem discovery to de risk investments and frame problem statements.
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers and analysts.
  • Ensure products meet stringent requirements for data governance, security, and operational sustainability.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience leading cross functional squads and mentoring product managers.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital products, ideally in government or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong clarity of thought with the ability to influence stakeholders using data and user research.
  • Passion for public good, with a strong interest in the healthcare sector.
