We're looking for Lead Product Managers to join our Product team and help us create products and services that make a real difference for our customers, members and colleagues.
In this role, you'll set the vision, strategy and direction for your product, working closely with colleagues across technology, design, delivery and the wider business to create solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value for Co-op.
You'll lead product development from discovery through to delivery, making informed decisions that balance customer outcomes, commercial priorities and technical considerations.
