Job Description
Join the Onboarding squad and Account Access & Recovery team as a Lead Product Analyst and individual contributor.
Analyze customer needs and behavior during registration, account access, and account recovery.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and support product strategy and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Derive actionable insights to improve onboarding and account access for new and existing customers.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Evaluate high-impact opportunities and advocate for effective alternatives.
- Build automated data pipelines and dashboards for data self-service.
- Define and report KPIs that measure meaningful progress.
- Collaborate on AI-driven automation and insight generation opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Strong quantitative skills, hands-on data manipulation and analysis, advanced SQL, and data pipeline experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, and Python or R.
