Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

The Lead Principal Technical Program Manager partners with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and goals for complex, high-impact technical programs.

This role establishes program scope, milestones, and execution plans aligned with broader business strategies and organizational objectives, while driving collaboration across teams to deliver products and services.

It leads complex, cross-organizational initiatives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations, and serves as the primary escalation point for critical program issues to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery.

The role also drives continuous improvement in program execution, operational processes, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and strong business outcomes.
