Join a growing MEP engineering team in Dubai as an experienced Lead or Principal Electrical Engineer.

Lead building-services design, project delivery, technical direction, and development of the electrical engineering function.

Own technical, managerial, and commercial aspects of projects while working with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Provide senior technical leadership across electrical engineering and project delivery.
Lead and review electrical calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, including DEWA, DDA, and Civil Defense.
Apply international codes, standards, and industry best practice.
Integrate power distribution, lighting, life safety, ICT, and ELV systems with MEP services.
Oversee technical quality, design coordination, and buildability.
Conduct technical audits, design reviews, and value engineering exercises.
Develop technically robust and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Represent the organisation in client, consultant, contractor, and project review meetings.
Support projects from concept and design through construction and completion.
