Drive reliability, safety, compliance, efficiency, governance, and operational maturity across global data center sites.
Act as the principal engineering escalation point for complex electrical, mechanical, controls, cooling, and life-safety issues.

Role overview
Serve as the engineering subject matter expert for data center delivery, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and change management in mission-critical environments.
Drive reliability, safety, compliance, efficiency, governance, and operational maturity across global data center sites.
Act as the principal engineering escalation point for complex electrical, mechanical, controls, cooling, and life-safety issues.
Critical environment maintenance
- Define enterprise preventive and predictive maintenance standards for electrical, mechanical, liquid-to-chip, and life-safety systems.
- Lead diagnostics and remediation programs for recurring reliability issues.
- Set reliability KPIs, dashboards, audits, SLA controls, and regulatory adherence processes.
Incident management
- Lead high-severity incident response, stabilization, communications, executive updates, and durable corrective actions.
- Standardize root cause analysis and CAPA governance across sites.
- Develop emergency operations plans, run simulations, and apply lessons learned.
