Are you a motivated leader with a sharp eye for quality, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence? At KI, we are seeking a Powder Coater/Painter Lead to guide and support our dynamic team in Manitowoc, WI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
