The Lead Player Services Cashier provides day-to-day guidance and support to the Player Services Cashier team while performing a variety of cash and non-cash transactions for casino guests.
This position helps ensure accurate cash handling, regulatory compliance, and smooth Player Services operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
The Lead also assists with rewards program enrollment and promotions, resolves guest and employee concerns, researches transaction variances, and supports the accountability and reconciliation of cage funds.
