The Lead Pharmacy Technician will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. A team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for running the pharmacy floor during shift
- Respond to refill emails.
- Watch the pharmacy dashboard in frameworks.
- Assist in Fulfillment.
- Assist in training new employees when needed.
- Delegates work to the technicians.
- Ensures medication goes out on time.
- Runs the floor when the lead is off.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered OH Pharmacy Technician required.
- Previous pharmacy experience required.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
- Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
- Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to physically perform light lifting.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift 9am-5:30pm
Shifts
Every Weekend 4/10 hour shifts 10pm - 8:30am, hours can varies based on business needs.
