Roles and Responsibilities
Partners with cross-discipline engineering teams to develop program plans that meet technical, production, and business requirements.
Program plans include schedule, cost, and incorporating risk mitigation plans for a scope of work.
Translates product requirements into documented technical requirements for the engineering team to achieve.
Leads execution with engineering teams to ensure program plans are progressing to deliver on-time and within budget for a set scope of work from program scoping to validation completion.
Resolves system level technical issues.
Performs trade studies with engineering teams to ensure PRD CTQ’s are met.
Defines scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation plans to achieve technical product requirements for package proposals outside of quoting limits.
Demonstrates clear technical communication skills across engineering, commercial and supply chain organizations.
Participates as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews with engineering leadership.
Provides timely communication and recommendations on significant issues or developments to senior leadership teams.
