Experience
10 to 15+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support experience.
Minimum two full lifecycle Oracle Financial implementations, including at least one Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
Experience supporting multinational organizations with global financial operations.
Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud deployments.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and business workshops.
Certification Prefer ences
Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Certification .
Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies ( PO/PM or Scrum master) .
Experience implementing Oracle AI/ML-driven solutions .
