Lead ML & AI Engineer

Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for ML solutions used to create high-definition, ISA, and ADAS maps.
• Own ML architecture covering preprocessing, training, inference, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Develop computer vision, NLP, deep learning, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable and reliable ML systems for cloud and in-vehicle environments.
• Own ML or data components in the mapping and routing ecosystem.
• Integrate ML outputs into map compilation workflows with platform and backend teams.
• Define feature requirements, model behavior, accuracy expectations, and performance characteristics.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews and drive reusable, high-quality engineering practices.

MLOps and delivery

• Implement CI/CD for ML, model versioning, feature stores, drift detection, and experimentation frameworks.
